In addition to employing experienced bush regenerators, Toolijooa also employs and trains applicants with no prior bush regeneration experience and a clear dedication to natural resource management.
We offer Trainee Level I, Trainee Level II, Trained Bush Regenerator and Site Supervisor positions depending upon qualifications and experience. We also offer permanent supervisor positions for longer-term full-time employees and experienced bushland regenerators joining from outside the company.

Toolijooa is committed to setting the industry benchmark in employment conditions. The Gardening and Landscaping Services Award 2010 has been fully implemented at Toolijooa. All our Nursery staff fall under the Nursery Award 2010.

All Toolijooa staff are employed by the company directly and are fully covered by Workers Compensation Insurance. Toolijooa field crew are provided with uniforms, personal protective equipment and personal bush regeneration tools. Position Title: Bush Regenerator/ Special Projects Crew Member

Job Description: Toolijooa is an environmental restoration company that specialises in bush regeneration, revegetation and contract provenance propagation and is looking to employ Part Time Casual Trained and Trainee Bush Regenerators for work throughout the Western and Southern Sydney regions as Bush regenerators and within our Special Projects Division. Work undertaken within the Special Projects division involves work at the landscape reconstruction end of the restoration spectrum.

Criteria: Minimum three day availability. Own transport desirable. Trained - Bush Regen Cert II (or equivalent) and field experience. Trainee - Enrolled or willing to enrol in TAFE Cert II or III in Conservation and Land Management.
